Mostly rain with next storm

Here is latest thinking today. I'm not impreesive with this upcomong storm. Why? Because of the stale cold air thus will allow enough warm advection to bring mostly rain. Some wintry mix on the onset Monday before we see rain Monday thru early Tuesday am and some snow as colder air moves in Tuesday late am and afternoon.

Now a major shot of Arctic air late next week and more snow coming. Here is the Euro model. A very healthy snowstorm and with an inverted trough over Ohio Valley. Low over Georgia. The coldest air of the season behind this shot. Wow! One way or the other we will get slam real soon with significant snows and brutally cold air.
